2013 Classes and Workshops
In 2013, I will be running a few different classes, to cater to different skill levels.
The introductory 'Learn To' course is for those new to crocheting, or who haven't crocheted in years and need to re-learn the steps. This is a four-class course, run fortnightly on a Saturday morning for two hours.
I will also be running regular 'Technical Support' workshops to assist with existing projects and to help master more advanced techniques. This is an ongoing, fortnightly two-hour drop-in class, run Saturday mornings on alternate weeks to the 'Learn To' class. Please contact me if you are interested in coming along.
Depending on interest, I may also run a few intermediate/advanced 'Project Workshops' (kind of like a book club, but with crochet patterns), focusing on specific projects and specific new techniques. I would recommend completing the 'Learn To' course before signing up to a 'Project Workshop', if you are not already at an intermediate level, to ensure you get the most bang for your buck. Pattern-reading and knowledge of the basic stitch types is essential, though if you know them but are a bit rusty, I'm sure you'll quickly get back into the habit. If you are interested in project-based workshops, please get in touch with me!
